If  you have a healthy or healthy weight gain , than you should take care of morning and than take a 1 glass of  warm water in early  morning ,
By drinking a glass of warm hot water, the blood increases in our body and the body mass increases.
After 30 minutes of workout drinking water , soak , almond and walnuts benefit.
Workout is more advantageous than doing a workout morning just in mornings
Workouts are very important, along with workouts, deit  is important, without workout food, it will not be of any use .
 After the workout, add 2 bananas in milk and take it with the peanut butter and make a nice mix.
Immediately after the workout you have prepared the mix

Break Fast 

2 Stuffed Paratha poha
4 Ldli sambhar upma
   cheese sandwich
2 Chilla (Besan / Oats /Wheat ) etc .
Can take fruit after 2 hours of breakfast.

Dinner 
2 Salad
2 Chapati
1 Bowl daal
1 glass milk
